Ministry wants clean loos at all food outlets

"KUALA LUMPUR: HnL Ministry might make it compulsory for all food outlets to get their maintenance staff trained by recognised institutions to upkeep facilities. A Minister said some smaller outlets such as coffeeshops or rural hawker centres might face problems maintaining their toilets."

What are the recognised institutions which can teach toilet cleaning technology to coffee shops and warongs? Does University Malaya have a degree or diploma course in toilet cleaning?

If you visit the KLIA, the KLCC, Sentral, the Shangri La Hotel, the Hilton Hotel, etc., they have employed hundreds of highly-qualified expatriate professionals to keep the toilets clean. These expatriate professionals are called B-A-N-G-L-A-S. Some are also called I-N-D-O-N-S. At the Shangri La Hotel they are called N-E-P-A-L-I and once this one guy stood there smiling and watching me piss. Quite unnerving. Then just as I was finishing he reached out his hand. Back in their countries these Banglas and Indons attended specially recognised institutions set up by their respective Governments with which to train thousands of their citizens in this really high-technology field of toilet cleaning. After they graduate from these specially recognised institutions of toilet cleaning, these Banglas and Indons spread out throughout the world to earn high seven-figure salaries (in Indon Rupiahs and Bangladeshi Takas) as highly trained toilet cleaners.
